Qualifications Must Be Submitted Through the Electronic Procurement Platform Identified Above. Any Packages Delivered to City Hall in Response to This Solicitation Will Not Be Accepted or Acknowledged. It is the Responsibility of the Contractor to Ensure All Relevant Information is Included in Its Response. All Contractors Are Advised to Carefully Examine the Requirements of This Request for Qualifications. Any Questions Regarding the Completeness or Substance of the Requirements Shall Be Submitted in Writing via the E-procurement Platform. the City of Palm Beach Gardens Reserves the Right to Accept or Reject Any or All Responses, in Whole or in Part, With or Without Cause, to Waive Any Irregularities and/or Technicalities, and to Award the Contract on Such Terms and Conditions It Deems Will Best Serve the Interests of the City.
