Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Pasco, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

This project consists of reconstructing a section of approximately 2.5 miles of roadway on Railroad Ave. and construction of approximately 21,000 LF of 16-Inch ductile iron waterline along Railroad Ave and Burlington St. for the Port of Pasco. Work will include clearing and grubbing, roadway excavation, cement concrete curb and gutter, crushed, aggregate base and top courses, and hot mix asphalt. Other work will include sanitary sewer, storm water piping and collection structures, water main and hydrant assemblies. In addition, the project includes permanent signing, pavement markings, and associated work in accordance with the technical specifications, drawings, and contract documents. All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bid proposal, deposit in cash, certified check, cashier's check, or surety bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of such bid proposal. Should the successful Bidder fail to enter into such contract and furnish satisfactory performance bond or quality assurance submittals within the time stated in the contract documents, the bid proposal deposit shall be forfeited to the Port of Pasco.
