The City of Federal Heights requests proposals from qualified Design-Build contractors to provide architecture, interior design, and construction management for the reconfiguration of certain areas within the City of Federal Heights Police and Fire departments. The purpose of these reconfigurations is to mitigate COVID exposure of city personnel while maintaining accessibility to the public. Request for Proposal documents will be available on August 9, 2022 at the City Hall 2380, W 90th Ave and may be obtained from via electronic request to Jeff Hill at Jhill@fedheights.org.
