The City of Boulder seeks a professional to provide property management services to the City of Boulder organization at city-owned Ponderosa Mobile Home Park, which is located at 4475 Broadway in Boulder. This 48-home property is undergoing a dynamic transformation under the Ponderosa Community Stabilization Project and requires skilled property management. To successfully manage Ponderosa, the property manager must be able to: o Provide resident services to a demographically diverse community of predominantly very low income mobile home owners in compliance with the Colorado Mobile Home Park Act and Chapter 10-12, "Mobile Homes (Boulder Revised Code, 1981), o Maintain safety within the community, o Manage all aspects of property finances, compliance and reporting, o Maintain property and infrastructure (e.g., common area maintenance, security cameras, office and above-office apartment, snow removal, waste disposal, etc.), and o Support implementation of the Ponderosa Community Stabilization Program.
