General work description: The work to be done consists, in general, of road overlays, pavements grinds, and pavement improvements. Other items or details not mentioned herein that are required by the plans, Standard Specifications or these Special Provisions must be performed, constructed, furnished or o installed. Bidders may visit the project site. This project is off of the Federal Highway System. The contract will be awarded to the responsible bidder submitting the lowest priced responsive bid. The Project is to be completed within seventy s eventy (70) ( 70 working days from the date to be established in the NOTICE TO PROCEED. The Th e Contract includes provisions for Liquidated Damages if the Project is not timely completed.
