Generally described as follows: Repainting of the Valley View Aquatic Center rec pool located at 255 81st Street in West Des Moines, IA. All work to include materials, labor and equipment necessary to complete project no later than Friday, November 4, 2022. SECTION INCLUDES A. High performance coatings for the following: 1. Swimming pools. B. Preparation of new surfaces for coating. City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and waive irregularities and technicalities as determined to be in the best interest of the City. Liquidated damages in the amount of Two Hundred dollars ($200.00) per day will be assessed for each day that the work remains uncompleted after the end of the listed completion date
