Installation of 6,300 feet of HDPE sewer forcemain pipe and other associated appurtenances. It is anticipated that the Notice to Proceed will be issued around October 3, 2022. The Work will be Substantially Complete by June 30, 2023. A Bid Bond in the amount of 5 percent of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The Bid Bond will be returned to each unsuccessful Bidder after tabulation and award of the Construction Contract. Provo City reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informality or technicality in any bid if deemed to be in the best interest of Provo City. A. Bidders are invited to bid on the Construction Contract known as Southwest Lift Station Force Main Pipeline. B. The location of the Force Main work is: Commences at Lakeview Parkway and approximately 2470 West, proceeds to the East along the Parkway to 1100 West, then North along 1100 West to the corner of 1560 South and East along 1560 South to a receiver box and manhole connecting to an existing 36" sewer line, in Provo Utah. C. The location of Duncan Lift Station work is: Approximate location is 280 S Lakeview Parkway, Provo, UT. D. The location of West Side Lift Station work is: 2401 W 560S, Provo, UT. E. The Work generally includes, but is not limited to, the following: Excavation and installation of the pipeline and appurtenances, installation of the receiver box, installation of manholes necessary to connect to the existing sewer line, and removal of existing structure and equipment.
