The United Nations Development Corporation ("UNDC") is a public benefit corporation of the State of New York that operates three buildings - One, Two, and Three UN Plaza - in the vicinity of the UN Headquarters in East Midtown Manhattan. UNDC is seeking a Lenel-authorized vendor to maintain the security systems at its properties and possibly to provide security system and/or equipment upgrades. The scope of work will be described in a request for proposals ("RFP") which will be provided to qualified vendors as described below. UNDC and Cushman & Wakefield, Inc. may engage a security consultant to assist with this procurement. The minimum qualification requirements are as follows: Company must be Lenel-authorized. Company must have ten (10) years of demonstrated successful experience servicing security management systems, preferably Lenel. Company must be authorized to do business in the State of New York. Company must have liability insurance of $5,000,000. Company must have a resume of current assignments at comparable office buildings.
