Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Clearfield, Utah. Design plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
As of August 2023, the project is in design. A contractor bidding and construction timeline have not been established. *The previous solicitation is listed below for reference Clearfield City, Utah ("City"), is soliciting Proposals from qualified Respondents to serve as the Building Architect ("Architect") in connection with a new Public Works Operations and Maintenance Building ("Project"). The Architect will become part of the Project Team with the City and the City Engineer, Jones & Associates ("City Engineer"), to provide a comprehensive, quality, and value-based building design. The City reserves the right to cancel and/or withdraw this Request for Proposals ("RFP") at any time and to reject any or all Proposals submitted, for any reason, at its sole discretion.
