The Wilfrid Laurier University Faculty of Music project includes demolition and renovations to the current Aird Building 1st floor, 2nd floor, and Bar Building encompassing approximately 18,000 SF. This project also includes 6,000 SF of new construction and major exterior site improvements. This is a sequentially tendered project and construction has commenced. The Bar Building renovation is scheduled for completion December 2022. The main project addition/renovation is planned for December 2023 completion.
