The contractor will furnish all personnel, equipment, supplies and materials necessary to remove and replace existing control tower roof at Cecil M. Harden Lake located at 3391 S Dam Rd., Rockville, Indiana 47872. The contractor's work and responsibility will include all planning, programming, administration, management, supervision, communications, and inspection necessary to assure that all work is conducted in accordance with the contract requirements and all applicable Federal, State and Local laws and regulations. All work will be performed in strict compliance with the attached specifications and all other terms and conditions incorporated herein. Contractor shall be National Roofing Contractors Association (NRCA) certified. Note: The contract award will be based on Low Price. One Firm Fixed Price award will be made from this Solicitation. Bonding is required for this procurement action. Quotes will not be accepted for quantities less than the quantities specified in the price breakout schedule. Failure to submit a unit price for all items listed will be considered as a material deviation from the requirements of the RFQ and the quote will be rejected. Offerors should complete the price breakout schedule within this solicitation. Quotes are due on 4 August 2023 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time. Fax submittals will not be accepted. This Request for Quote (RFQ) is for the replacement of the Control Tow er Roof at Cecil Harden Lake in Parke and Putnam County, Indiana. The estimated construction cost is between $25,000 and $100,000. NAICS Code 238160, size determination $19 million. This project is 100% set-aside for Small Businesses. One firm-fixed price construction contract w ill be awarded based on the lowest priced quote. Block 12A Below : In lieu of both Performance and Payment Bonds, per FAR 52.228-13 Alternate Payment Protections (2000) and FAR28.102-1(b), only a Payment Bond or Irrevocable Letter of Credit is required. The successful offeror must comply with this requirement even if the awarded price is less than $35,000. Offerors must comply with the requirements of 52.204-7, 52.232-33, and any other requirements in this solicitation through SAM.
