Truckee Meadows Water Authority (TMWA) is accepting sealed bids for all work, labor, services, supplies, materials, equipment, tools, traffic control operations, transportation, supervision, appliances, appurtenances and incidentals required to construct a new wellhouse, complete with structure, pump and motor, process mechanical piping, site piping, HVAC, electrical and instrumentation, and site improvements, including detention basin and landscaping. The project also includes the demolition of existing wellhouse, tank, and booster pump station upon the completion and startup of new facilities. Range for Engineer's Estimate: $2,011,041.00 - $2,457,939.00 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Bid results and the bid tabulation will be posted and bidders will be notified electronically of the results. TMWA reserves the right to reject any or all bids, including without limitation the right to reject any or all nonconforming, non-responsive, unbalanced, or conditional bids, and to reject the bid of any bidder if TMWA believes that it would not be in the best interest of TMWA to make an award to that bidder.
