Bidders are to include with their tender submission the Unit Price Bid Form, all listed contract security requirements and a project schedule demonstrating how they plan to achieve the stipulated substantial completion date of November 10, 2022. The successful bidder is required to begin the project no later than October 10, 2022. The contract shall be a CCDC 4 - Unit Price Contract, 2011. Work on this Contract comprises: .1 Project start-up including mobilization to Site. .2 Development, implementation and maintenance of a site-specific Health and Safety Plan. .3 Provision and maintenance of temporary facilities and controls. .4 Clearing and grubbing of existing site vegetation. .5 Regrading of existing undulating surface features including hummocks, ditches and other areas as directed by the Consultant. .6 Trench excavation surrounding buried waste cell and backfill with compacted cap material. .7 Supply and install cap layer. .8 Supply and install drainage layer. .9 Supply and install topsoil layer. .10 Perform all quality assurance testing as well as assist the Consultant with hydraulic conductivity testing. .11 Hydroseed all areas affected by work. .12 Project close-out including demobilization from Site. .13 Complete work within warranty period as directed by Consultant.
