The Project includes the following Work: Installing 3,980 LF of 8" waterline and associated appurtenances in Elmendorf, Texas. Bids are requested for the following Contract: CASSIANO RD 8" WATER MAIN IMPROVEMENTS. The Project has an expected duration of 150 days. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office or by electronic request. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. The City of Elmendorf reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Additional Notes has changed from None to The "Penal Sum" form is the only Bid Bond needed with the Bid. Questions must be received by September 7, 2022 at 3:00 pm CST
