Roanoke County is requesting sealed bids from qualified vendors to replace the roof of the Cave Spring Fire Station located at 4212 Old Cave Spring Road. All questions must be submitted in writing before 5:00 p.m., August 19, 2022. Questions should be sent to Kate Hoyt at KHoyt@roanokecountyva.gov. If necessary, an addendum will be issued and posted to the County portal. The County reserves the right to cancel this IFB and/or reject any or all proposals and to waive any informalities in any proposal. This section is to be completed by the Offeror and this page must be returned with the bid. In compliance with this Invitation For Bid and subject to all terms and conditions imposed herein, which are hereby incorporated herein by reference, the undersigned offers and agrees to furnish the services and/or items requested in this solicitation if the undersigned is selected as the successful Bidder. No Bid may be withdrawn within a period of sixty (60) days after Bid opening except for clerical errors, as set forth in part (1) of Section 2.2-4330(B), Virginia Code, 1950, as amended. Notices of bid withdrawal must be submitted in writing to the Purchasing Division.
