Fresno Ranchos Subdivision Lift Station and Force Main This project's work generally consists of the construction of a cast-in-place reinforced concrete 14-foot interior diameter submersible wastewater lift station; approximately 11,330 linear feet of 10-inch PVC force main that connects to an existing manhole; lift station site fencing, pavement, drainage, and detention facilities; lift station electrical components; and the restoration of all disturbed areas associated with said work. Restoration work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, cleanup, grading, and hydromulch seeding to restore disturbed areas to original or better than original conditions A cashier's check, certified check, or Bid Bond payable to Fort Bend County Freshwater Supply District No. 1 in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total amount bid must accompany each bid. The successful bidder must furnish a Payment and Performance Bond acceptable to the Owner. No attendee may represent more than one firm for the purpose of satisfying this mandatory Pre-Bid Conference requirement. ONLY BIDS RECEIVED FROM BIDDERS WHO ATTENDED THE PRE-BID CONFERENCE WILL BE CONSIDERED. Fort Bend County Fresh Water Supply District No. 1 has the right to reject any and all bids. The requirements of Subchapter J, Chapter 552, Government Code, may apply to this Bid and/or Contract and the Contractor agrees that the Contract can be terminated if the Contractor knowingly or intentionally fails to comply with a requirement of that subchapter.
