Sealed Bids for the construction of the River Park and Golf Course Parking Lot Improvements: Contract A - Paving and Site Work; Contract B - Electrical and Lighting Critical project components include: 1. Walking trail repairs at the Jerry Dixon River Park Walking Trail - Contract A; 2. Repairs to the boat ramp at the Jerry Dixon River Park - Contract A; 3. Repairs to the Jerry Dixon River Park parking lot east of the existing canopy - Contract A; 4. Repairs to the Jerry Dixon River Park parking lot west of the existing canopy - Contract A; 5. Repairs to the Centerville Municipal Golf Course parking lot - Contract A; 6. Lighting upgrades at the Jerry Dixon River Park - Contract B Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. A pre-bid conference will not be held. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. All bidders must be licensed General Contractors as required by the Contractor's licensing Act of 1994 of the General Assembly of the State of Tennessee, and qualified for the type of construction being bid upon. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
