We extend this proposal to provide labor, materials, delivery, and equipment necessary for a three (3) year contract to rent one (1) 1250 KW diesel generator for the General Government Complex located at 200 Derbigny Street Gretna, LA 70053. o Provide a three (3) year contract to rent one (1) 1250 KW portable diesel generator. o Rental period shall begin on June 1st until November 30th of each contract year. o Provide one 1250-gallon fueltank. o Provide the delivery and setup of the emergency generator at 200 Derbigny Street Gretna, LA 70053. o Generator shall be delivered with 100 gallons of fuel to perform start-up test on-site. o Jefferson Parish will be responsible for fueling the generator throughout the rental period. Jefferson Parish will have the same or a greater amount of fuel in the generator at the end ofeach year's rental. o Provide monthly inspection, maintenance, and testing of generator and fuel tank. o Provide all parts and labor for repairs of generator and fuel tank at no additional cost to Jefferson Parish. o No additional fees shall be charged to Jefferson Parish for run hours added to the generator. o In the event of equipment failure during the rental period, the successful bidder shall repair the unit to allow for full operation with no additional charges to Jefferson Parish or replace the unit within 24 hours with no additional costs to Jefferson Parish. o At the end of each rental period, remove the generator from the designated Jefferson Parish location and return it to the successful bidder's location.
