Each bid shall be sealed in an envelope clearly marked on the outside, BID 1809 ON WINDOW AIR CONDITIONERS & PORTABLE A/C UNITS AUGUST 25, 2022. All bids shall be accompanied by a bid bond, certified check, cashiers check, or money order in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid. At time and place stated above, all bids on hand will be publicly opened and read aloud. Any bid received after date and hour shown above will be returned unopened to the bidder.
