Site work and renovation of a medical facility in Fort Severn, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
The work at the fort Severn Nursing Station located at Fort Severn First Nation includes but is not limited to: A. Exterior Egress Renovation - Excavate the area as required to complete the work. - Select Demolition & dispose off-site: Demolish Existing Ramps and Stairs 1, 2, 3 & 4 (refer to drawings). Reconstruction: - Provide new Concrete Footings. - Backfill excavated areas. - Provide new Concrete Slab-on-Grade. - Provide new Steel Stair Assembly. - Provide new Steel Landing Assembly. - Provide new Galvanised Steel Guard/ Handrail Assembly. - Reinstate existing adjacent finishes. - Painting & Finishing. B. Telehealth HVAC Upgrade Select Demolition & Dispose off-site. - Existing Wall, Ceiling and Roof elements as required to complete the work. - Existing HVAC system including HRV Ductwork and Fan Filter Unit. Reconstruction: - Provide new Ductwork. - Provide new Electrical Wiring & Breakers. - Provide new Fan Filter Unit. - Provide new HRV. - Reinstate Wall, Ceiling & Roof elements demolished to complete the work. - Painting and finishing to match existing.
