The Contractor shall conform to the requirements of a Responsible Bidder as defined by City of Ottawa Ordinance No. 28-2010. All Contractors and Subcontractors must register ($100.00 fee) annually to work in the City of Ottawa. Contractors must also furnish a license and a $10,000.00 permit bond. 6. No Illinois O.E. sales tax will be required for this work. 7. Selected Bidder shall be required to pay prevailing rates of wages to all employees engaged in the project work. Such prevailing rates shall be as determined by the Illinois Department of Labor. 8.
