**As of September 13, 2022, project was awarded to Rack & Ballauer Excavating , awarded amount is $958,488.10.** All bidders must comply with the prevailing wage rates on Public Improvements in Hamilton County and the City of Reading as determined by the Ohio Department of Commerce, Bureau of Wage & Hour Administration. The City of Reading reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any or all bids. Notice to Proceed START DATE Sept. 7, 2022 COMPLETION DATE Sept. 7, 2022 The project scope generally includes the following: Water Main and Services Mill existing pavement 1-1/2" to 2-1/2" Apply 407 "Trackless" Tack Coat, 0.1 gal/SY (milled surface & intermediate course as required) Overlay pavement with a 1" leveling course and 1V2" surface course, seal edges Full depth pavement repair (as directed) Curb removal & replacement with vertical curb (ODOT Item 609, Class 'C') Backfill space between curb & existing pavement with Class C concrete contemporaneous with curb installation Reconnect downspout lines to proposed curb Drive apron removal & replacement with 7" concrete (ODOT Item 452, Class 'C' ADA detectable warning installation, as directed (including walk, replaced as directed)
