Compensation Type: Cost Plus Fixed Fee Agreement Q&A deadline: 08/17/2022 11:00 AM County(s): Clark Environmental and Preliminary Engineering Services for the Interstate 15 Central Corridor. The purpose of this RFP is to hire one firm to complete the necessary National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and design studies to determine appropriate measures for reconstruction of the I-15 Central Corridor, to accommodate future travel demands. Perform necessary studies, documentation, and outreach meeting NEPA requirements. Develop up to a thirty percent (30%) level design for preferred alternative(s) to widen sections of I-15 for improvement and safety of impacted interchanges, and evaluate High Occupancy Vehicle (HOV) only interchange access and the extension of Martin Luther King Blvd. See RFP for full Scope of Services. The Scope of Services for this Project is anticipated to take two to four years to complete.
