The conditions and requirements of these specifications are intended to be open and non-restrictive for the purpose of obtaining adequate participation of interested vendors, uniformity in the submission of bids and selection of the lowest responsible bidder. The County shall be the sole judge concerning the merits of all bids and samples submitted. Any material deviation from specifications contained in a bid will cause that bid to be rejected. New Goods, Fresh Stock: specifically stated, shall produce new commodities, fresh stock, latest model, design or pack. In the event that any of the items shall be rejected as unsuitable or not in conformity with specifications, such items shall at once be removed and other items of proper quality shall be furnished in place thereof at the expense of the Successful Bidder. In the event that an item has been discontinued by the manufacturer or no longer available, the Bidder will be required to provide an equivalent item samples. A pre-bid conference is not applicable for this solicitation. Deadline for Questions is August 2, 2021 at 5:00 Pm.
