Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Safety Harbor, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; road / highway; and road / highway.

The City of Safety Harbor is requesting offers for the Capital Improvement Project, North Bay Hills Phase III Water Main Replacement Project, which include, but not limited to, in general the following work as set forth more fully in the scope of work and specifications in this solicitation: o Installation of 2-inch Certa-Lok Yelomine by open cut; o Installation of 4-inch C-900 PVC DR-18 water main by open cut; o Installation of 6-inch C-900 PVC DR-18 water main by open cut; o Installation of 8-inch C-900 PVC DR-18 water main by open cut; o Installation of 6-inch Certa-Lok C-900 PVC water main by horizontal directional drill (HDD); o Installation of 8-inch Certa-Lok C-900 PVC water main by horizontal directional drill (HDD); o Installation of locate stations; o Abandonment of existing water main(s); o Restoration of private property and City Right-of-Ways, included, but not limited to, landscaping, irrigation, curb, driveways, sidewalks and site restoration, and other miscellaneous restoration; o Installation of road base, asphalt pavement, and concrete sidewalk and curbing; o Maintenance of Traffic; o Pressure Testing, Disinfection, and Bacteriological Testing of the water mains; o Coordination with the City to obtain FDEP partial clearances and final clearance for the new water mains; o Connecting existing water main(s) and service piping to the new water main(s) and service laterals. Actual quantities of each 13 item bid on a unit price basis will be determined in the manner established for 14 each item in this section. Payment for all items listed in the Schedule of 15 Prices will constitute full compensation for all work shown and/or specified to 16 be performed under this project.
