A timeline for award has not yet been established.** The Project consists of approximately 1629 LF of 3" HDPE SDR 11 & 510 LF of 2" HDPE SDR sewer force main installed by directional drill, 64 LF of CL 54 sewer pipe forcemain installed by open cut; 10 LF of 6" PVC SCR sewer pipe force main installed by open cut & all associated appurtenances; 2 connections to existing 30" sanitary; 187.5 SYDs of HMA surface removal: 40.8 TONS of hand patching; and 80 TONS of 21AA stone base. Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Maintenance Bond 50 % - Surety Bond 100 % - Labor and Materials Bond 100 % - Payment Bond 100 % Each Bidder agrees to waive any claim it has or may have against the Owner, Engineer, and their respective Employees, arising out of or in connection with the administration, evaluation, or recommendation of any Bid. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all base or alternative Bid items of work, in whole or in part, and to waive any informalities, therein when such waiver is in the interest of the Owner, and to award the Contract to other than the low Bidder.
