Question Cuttoff Date & Time 8/22/2022 02:00:00 PM (ET) Overview: Contractor to shut off, disconnect, and cap current domestic water line to Highway Commission Building, see photo #2. Provide and install 2" copper water line connected to 6" main approximately 50 LF located south of Highway Commission Building Warranty: Contractor to provide standard manufacturer's warranty on product and 1 year warranty on parts and labor. Contractor to be a licensed Plumber in Iowa. Davis-Bacon wages do not apply. Award: It is the intent of the Iowa DOT to award the contract to the responsible bidder whose submitted quotation is the most advantageous to the Iowa DOT, cost and other factors considered. Other factors include, but are not limited to: meeting or exceeding mandatory requirements, proposed staffing, and meeting required time schedule.
