The City of Woodstock, Georgia, herein referred to as the City, is soliciting proposals from an experienced company or firm to coordinate and execute the replacement of the Citys VOIP phone system with a cloud-based system. The company shall have substantial IP telephony, data networking, and unified communications experience in installing and servicing commercial VOIP or other appropriate commercial telephone systems for a local government with various locations. Phase I will be evaluated by the City according to the criteria listed below and the finalists for Phase II will be notified in accordance with the RFP schedule of events.
