Questions Due Date: Sep 22nd 2022, 4:30 PM CDT Kelly HS Boiler Replacement-*Must be Pre-qualified Various Trades Vendors Only The proposal shall be submitted with the attached Bid Cover Sheet completed in its entirety. Warranty information, when applicable, shall also be included & submitted. All work to be performed during normal working hours. If bid price is over $25,000 or more, bidder must be signatory to relevant union, per terms of the Various Trades Contract and Project Labor Agreement. If bid price is over $75,000, you MUST include your MBE/WBE subs and relevant forms at time of bid. Scope of Work - Isolate two (2) 1.5 million BTU boilers - Demo flu pipe - Demo boilers - Remove and replace two (2) 1.5 million BTU boilers - Re-pipe as needed - Terminate flu pipe as needed - Install per local codes - Reuse existing electric - Re-pipe gas lines - Factory start up provided for both boilers - Contractor must adhere to CPS Specs
