Project no: 20220205.001A Project Location: Lewis and Delaware Townships, Northumberland County PA The Milton Regional Sewer Authority (MRSA, Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the Lewis Township Regionalization Project. The Project includes the following Work: Installation of a pump station at the site of the existing Lewis Township Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) and force main to convey flow to the Watsontown gravity collection system; partial demolition of the existing Lewis Township WWTP; installation of a small gravity sewer collection system extension along Susquehanna Trail and duplex sanitary grinder pump station and force main. Bid security in the form a Certified Check or Bid Bond shall be furnished with the bid in an amount not less than 10%. This Project falls under The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania enacted Act 127 of 2012, known as the Public Works Employment Verification Act ('the Act') which requires all public work contractors and subcontractors to utilize the Federal Government's E-Verify system to ensure that all employees performing work on public work projects are authorized to work in the United States. All Bidders are required to submit a Public Works Employment Verification Form as a precondition for the Contract Award. The estimated cost of this Project is greater than Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000) and the federal Davis- Bacon Act shall apply.
