Site work for a mixed-use development in Saint Paul, Minnesota. Working plans call for site work for a transportation facility; and water / sewer project.
As of February 19, 2025, a design team has been identified. Project is in final design phase, which will continue through 2025, and construction is planned for 2026 or possibly early 2027. *The previous solicitation is listed below for reference. Fee for bidding online is $15.00 The Metropolitan Council is soliciting proposals for METRO Blue Line Light Rail (BLRT) Extension Project for Engineering Services, Project Management Services and Risk Management Services. This is a three-part Request for Proposal for which consultants can propose on one, two or three parts. The work will include, but not be limited to, civil design, station architecture, utilities, track and guideway, systems, structures, traffic, etc. The contract(s) will also provide support for outreach and engagement, quality, project controls, project management and risk management. The method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this time.
