Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Gimli, Manitoba. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Natural Resources and Northern Development Fish and Wildlife Branch has a warehouse with a large parking lot and storage area located at the Gimli Airbase (west of Gimli, Manitoba). The drainage and material currently located at the site has resulted in muddy conditions. Water does not drain out of the yard properly. The branch requires a contractor to remove 6" of material, re-level the yard to an appropriate grade to allow for proper drainage, and installation and packing of crushed rock. The area is approximately 62 X 42 Meters.
