Please refer to bid form and drawings for further information. *Haywood Heights Subdivision, Phase 4 Approximately 400 feet of 8-inch PVC sewer main, 3 concrete manholes, and new service laterals with cleanouts. Approximately 1,000 feet of 8-inch water main, hydrants, valves and 11 new service laterals with curb boxes. Pricing requested for both PVC and DI pipe. Village to select pipe material after bid. *West Avenue Street Sewer Extension Approximately 900 feet of 8-inch PVC sewer main, 3 concrete manholes, and new service laterals with cleanouts. Only written Requests For Information (RFI) will be accepted. RFI's will be accepted until 5:00 p.m. (Local Time) on August 11, 2022, at the office of the Engineer to the attention of Seth Krull via email: skrull@cplteam.com.
