Product Category:72102900 Grounds Maintenance Annual grounds maintenance for the Materials and Testing Lab and Rack Testing Sites listed in the attached specification, revised 08/10/2022. This contract is for a period of twelve (12) months beginning date of award, to furnish Grounds Maintenance for Materials & Testing Lab and Rack Testing Site. At the option of the Department of Transportation and Development and acceptance by the contractor, this contract may be extended for two (2) additional twelve (12) month periods at the same prices, terms and conditions. Contract not to exceed thirty-six (36) months. Deliveries/ Services accepted Monday through Thursday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM except for holidays, weekends, or times of disaster.
