Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, materials, vehicles, travel, equipment, and incidentals necessary to grind and replace concrete sidewalk and trench, install root barrier and treat cut tree roots with pruning sealer, and remove and legally dispose of existing picnic tables and benches and furnish new concrete picnic tables including all hardware and accessories in compliance with Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Bidder shall possess at the time of bid submittal and for the duration of the Agreement, a valid and current Class A General Engineering Contractor license OR a C-8 Concrete Contractor license as described in Item 13 of this Invitation for Bid and in Exhibit E of the Proposed Forms of Agreement, Attachment 12. Bidder shall possess at the time of bid submittal and for the duration of the Agreement, a valid and current registration with the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR). By submitting its bid, Bidder certifies, under penalty of perjury, that its Contractors State License Board (CSLB) license is in a classification appropriate to the work to be undertaken as identified in the Proposed Form of Agreement, Exhibit A, Scope of Work, Attachment 12.
