This Request for Proposals (the RFP) is an invitation by the Corporation of the Township of Douro-Dummer (the Township) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the redevelopment of South Douro Park which will include: - Installation of an accessible ramp to improve accessibility to the park facilities. - Installation of one (1) tennis court and four (4) pickle ball courts and supply of related equipment. - Construction of an outbuilding which will house a canteen, bathrooms and storage space.
