Renovation of a medical facility in Port Moody, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 1,118-square-foot medical facility.
The Child, Youth & Young Adult (CYYA - MHSU) currently has services in unit 602 in the subject building. The main driver for this project is the need to develop space to accommodate new positions and to create service efficiencies. The space will be renovated to house administrative and clinical support services as part of the service improvement. The project aims to renovate the 104.4 m2 (1,118 ft2) of commercial space located at 502 - 205 NEWPORT DRIVE, PORT MOODY, BC to meet FHA standards to accommodate the new CYYA-MHSU office. In addition, the site counts on existing Fraser Health Facilities throughout the building, facilitating IMIT services for Wi-Fi services extension and Security System connections between the 5th and 6th floors.
