For Todd Hill Restroom Addition - HVAC. Bid Deposit $8,100. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Each bid must be prepared and submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders and must be accompanied by a bid security (i.e. certified check, bank check, or bid bond in the amount of $50,000 for C, $8,100 for H, $16,700 for P, and $8,700 for E). All successful bidders will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Bond pursuant to Sections 136 and 137 of the State Finance Law, each for 100% of the amount of the Contract estimated to be between $1,000,000 and $2,000,000 for C, between $50,000 and $100,000 for H, between $100,000 and $250,000 for P, and between $100,000 and $250,000 for E. Pursuant to New York State Executive Law Article 15-A and the rules and regulations promulgated thereunder, OGS is required to promote opportunities for the maximum feasible participation of New York State-certified Minority and Women-owned Business Enterprises ("MWBEs") and the employment of minority group members and women in the performance of OGS contracts. Should Contractor fail to achieve physical completion of the work within the time frame set forth in the contract, the Group Director may assess Liquidated Damages for such failure in the amount of $500.00 per day until such time as the Group Director determines that the Work is physically complete as defined in Section 2.12 herein. The substantial completion date for this project is 171 days after the Agreement is approved by the Comptroller.
