This project is located west of the 215 freeway and south of McCall Blvd. The major crossroads are Cherry Hills Blvd. & Pebble Beach Dr. This portion of the project is bounded by the following streets: Cherry Hill Blvd. Pebble Beach Drive, Windsor Drive, Winged Foot Drive, Sun City Blvd., Bradley Road, and Augusta Drive. Location #2 Lazy Creek Community Pedestrian Project (CIP No. 22-21) This project is located west of the 215 freeway and north of Newport Road. The major crossroads are Lazy Creek Road. & Sun Country Lane. This portion of the project is bounded by the following streets: Lazy Creek Rd., Sun Country Ln., Zuma Way, Brookfield Drive, Evans Rd., and Newport Rd. A hard copy of the entire bid package including all original notarized documents must be received within 24 hours of the submittal deadline to be consider responsive to this NIB. If using Federal Express or other such service for bid submittal, the contents of the submittal must be noted on the outside of that envelope as stated above.
