The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to, the following: site work and new construction of a 52,000-square-foot educational facility. As of September 12, 2024, a general contractor has been selected for this project. A firm construction timeline for this project has not yet been released. Skanska has been selected as the construction manager for the new construction of the NeoCity Academy Phase 2 Project in Kissimmee, FL. Please allow time for transportation and parking as the location is in downtown Orlando. The project consists of one, new high-performance building with an approximate area of 52,000 SF. Scopes of work included: CIP Concrete, Tilt-up Concrete, Structural Steel, Ornamental metals, Millwork/Casework, Waterproofing and Caulking, Fireproofing/Fire stopping, Roofing Metal Wall Panels, Doors, Frames and Hardware, Glass and Glazing, Translucent Panels, Drywall, Acoustical Ceilings, Tile, Finish Flooring, Painting, Specialties, Folding Partition, Metal Canopies, Kitchen Equipment, Elevator, Fire Sprinkler, Plumbing, HVAC, Sitework, Landscape and Irrigation, and PV Panels.
