Reference number : 1631782 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-08-22 Submission sent electronically accepted: Nope Options related to this notice: This notice has renewal options (Annual Renewal) NOTICE is hereby given that the City of Rimouski is requesting tenders for the: Snow removal and de-icing of streets Lots B and C - estimate 2022-102 Tenders must be accompanied, in particular, by the following documents: - bid guarantee of 10% of the amount of the first year of the contract valid for ninety (90) days; - a letter of commitment from a "financial institution" within the meaning of the Régie de l'appel d'offres, i.e. an insurer holding a license authorizing it to carry out suretyship insurance, issued under the Insurers Act (CQLR, chapter A-32.1), a trust company holding a license issued under the Act respecting trust companies and savings companies (CQLR, c. S -29.01), a financial services cooperative within the meaning of the Act respecting financial services cooperatives (CQLR, c. C-67.3) or a bank within the meaning of the Bank Act (SC 1991, c. 46) guaranteeing that a performance bond equal to or greater than fifty percent (50%) of the amount for the first year of the contractexcluding taxes and a labor and material payment bond equal to or greater than fifty percent (50%) of the same amount as mentioned above must be issued in favor of the City of Rimouski in the event that the latter decides to award him the contract; - Bidder's declaration duly completed and signed (integrity certificate).
