It is is a 41,300 square foot warehouse with multiple bays that stores military equipment and components. The purpose of the project is to provide a climate controlled space within an empty work bay of Building 149 for storage of F-35 Hazardous Materials. The storage space must meet the requirements of F-35 Lightning II Facilities Requirements Document attached in this Scope of Work (SOW). Construction must be completed by January 2023.
The project includes HVAC, fire protection, plumbing fixtures, lighting, electrical outlets, and telecommunication. and incidental related work.
