Santa Rosa County Board of County Commissioners will receive sealed bids from licensed and insured contractors for HVAC Mechanical Services. The work to be performed under this bid shall consist of furnishing all materials, equipment, tools, labor, supervision, and insurance necessary to perform repairs as necessary on all HVAC and Mechanical Control Equipment in all Buildings owned by the Santa Rosa County Board of County Commissioners. The contract period will be for two (2) years, with the possibility of annual renewals after two years of professional and reliable HVAC service. The term of this Agreement shall begin upon approval of the Board of County Commissioners and shall continue for a period of Two (2) years from the date of full execution of this Agreement, subject to the County's ability to terminate in accordance with Section 7 of this Agreement. The terms of Section 20 entitled "Indemnification and Waiver of Liability" shall survive termination of this Agreement. Deadline for Questions August 26, 2022 @ 12:00 p.m. The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to waive irregularities in bids, to reject any or all bids with or without cause, and to award the bid that it determines to be in the best interest of Santa Rosa County.
