This project will install a 12" mainline in order to meet the water supply needs for a new development. The developer will construct the new mainline and the City is obligated to refund the cost of said construction up to a maximum of $575,000 Project is included in the City of Norco's FY 2023-2027 CIP. As of September 1, 2022, information regarding a design team and a general contractor is not available. Construction is anticipated to begin in 2022 and is anticipated to be completed in June of 2023.* *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
