Questions about or requests for interpretation of this request for bids, any of the plans and specifications, or any bid requirements may be directed via e-mail to eng_info@wyomingmi.gov. No questions or interpretations will be issued later than 24 hours before the due date for bids. Questions will not be answered by phone or in other oral communication. Addendums, answers to questions or interpretations that may be of general interest to all Bidders will be emailed to all that received the bid. Information on all changes, addendums, answers to questions or interpretations will also be available at the Citys Engineering Department, 2660 Burlingame Ave SW, Wyoming, MI 49509. It is the Bidders responsibility to make inquiry as to the changes or addenda issued. All such changes or addenda shall become part of the specifications and all Bidders shall be bound by such changes or addenda. Results of the bid openings are generally available on the Citys website within 2-3 business days after scheduled bid opening.
