The City of Palm Desert ("City") is requesting proposals from qualified firms ("Proposers") for Sport Courts Resurfacing Project ("Services") to establish a Maintenance Services Agreement ("Agreement"). The City is requesting Proposals from a qualified company to provide maintenance and repair services on several sports courts at various City parks. Work shall be performed once schedule is approved and accomplished to minimize disruptions. Proper safety measures and fencing shall be incorporated at all times. Last Day to Submit Questions for Clarification:August 24, 2022, 2:00pm Clarifications Issued by City on or before:August 26, 2022, 2:00pm The City is requesting proposals to provide: Sport Courts resurfacing and repairs at various City Parks for a term of 5 years, contingent upon funding. The work to be done consists of furnishing all incidental materials, equipment, tools, labor, and incidentals as required by the Contract Documents and Specifications. The award of this contract is subject to available budget adequate to carry out the provisions of the proposed Agreement including the identified scope of work. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals determined not to be in the best interest of the City.
