Buffalo State College is Seeking the services of Professional architectural consulting firms to perform study, design and construction phase administration for repair, rehabilitation, renovation and new construction work to be performed on campus buildings and grounds. Individual projects will be identified throughout the term of this agreement. Most are anticipated, but not necessarily limited to small projects from $50,000 to $3,000,000 in construction value. The majority of projects are expected to focus on critical maintenance such as repair and replacement of exterior building envelope systems and worn out interior finishes. Projects to reconfigure or upgrade spaces to improve utilization and convert or upgrade facilities to meet changing programmatic needs may also be included. Qualifications must be submitted in accordance with the request for Qualifications (RFQ), RFQ's may be obtained by sending an email to the contact listed herein with the identified Title and Contract number. Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside: No Minority Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 15.9% Women Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 14.1% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Contracting Goal: 6% Contract term: 3 years Location: SUNY Buffalo State, 1300 Elmwood Avenue, Buffalo NY 14222 The method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this time.
