Demolition, site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Waverly, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility; for the demolition of a swimming pool; for the construction of a 1,300-square-foot swimming pool; and swimming pool.
*The pool portion of the project was not awarded at this time. I am assuming at some point it will go back out for rebid.* Excavation (including support and protection), shall be the work of the Pool Contract. 2. Blocking (including roof blocking) for the work of each contract shall be the work of the Pool Contract. 3. Furnishing and installing access panels for the work of each contract shall be the work of each contract for its own work. 4. Painting for the work of each contract shall be the work of the Pool Contract. 5. Contractors' Preliminary Construction Schedule: At the Preconstruction Conference, the Pool Contractor shall submit a preliminary horizontal bar-chart-type construction schedule in accordance with Division 01 Section "Construction Progress Documentation". At the initial progress meeting, each contract shall submit a matching preliminary horizontal barchart schedule showing construction operations sequenced and coordinated with overall construction in accordance with Division 01 Section "Construction Progress Documentation." 6. Contractors' Construction Schedules: At intervals provided in Division 01 Section "Construction Progress Documentation," the Pool contract shall update its schedule. 7. Provide work specified in Sections other than Contractor's own designated Specification Sections for above-listed items, as applicable.
