Murphy (ALM) Veteran Medical Center, located at 7400 Merton Minter Blvd, San Antonio, Texas 78229 intends to upgrade facility-wide keying system utilizing an electronic keying system. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, supplies, tools and equipment, supervision and construction services necessary for the Replace Keying System project. All necessary testing and commissioning shall be required. This is a "Competitive" requirement Set Aside 100% Service Disabled-Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). Magnitude of the Construction Project: Between $2,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00 The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 236220. Pre-Bid Site Visit shall be held on October 18, 2022 @ 09:30am CST. All interested Contactors shall meet at the Audie L. Murphy Medical Center 7400 Merton Minter Blvd., Engineering Conference Room (E002), San Antonio TX 78229. All Contractors attending the Pre-Bid Site Visit must go through COVID Screening to enter the facility. Please ensure early arrival to the facility to allow enough time to go through screening.
