Estimated cost for the project is between $1,750,000.00 and $2,100,000.00. Contractor will have 205 calendar days to complete the project from date the Notice to Proceed is issued. A minimum goal of Three percent (3%) for participation by Small Business Enterprise (SBE s) as a percentage of the base bid is established for this project.
